I bought a trailer last week,
Paul and his team were friendly, helpful and very professional.
I highly recommend buying a trailer from them.

Wow, what an amazing business. We broke our leaf spring on a holiday weekend and by the time we realized it, we were deep in the desert. I called many places trying to get a replacement to get us home safely. I was lucky enough to speak with the owner Paul. When I say he went above and beyond for us I need to explain in detail what that entailed. The business was closing at noon for the holiday. Unfortunately my Brother couldn't be there that early. Paul stayed open late to make sure we got what we needed. We will only ever shop all of our trailer needs here. We are so incredibly lucky to have found this amazing gem. We can't recommend Trailer Factory Outlet any higher. Paul you really saved us and we appreciate you and admire how you run your business. We will be passing along your company to everyone we know.

Came here for a spare tire on a wheel to get me out of the state of California and on my way back home. I was met immediately with great service and a great price for the area they operated in. Wonderful down to earth people can’t recommend them enough
